ZEYNEP PELİN IŞLAK SACRE TASARIM (“SACRE” or “Company”) takes the highest level of security measures possible in order to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy as data controller.

ARTICLE 5 - THE RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON STATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW NUMBERED 6698

If you submit your requests regarding your rights to SACRE through the methods set out below, SACRE will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Up to ten pages will not be charged for a reply. A transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by SACRE will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

 

As the relevant persons who own personal data;

• If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose
• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring processing disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• It has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

yurt içinde yerleşik hukuki ve mali danışmanlık hizmetleri, e-fatura / e-arşiv fatura hizmetleri ürün tadilat hizmetleri sağlayıcı tedarikçilerimize “Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması kaydıyla, sözleşmenin taraflarına ait kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması”, “veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması”, “İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için işlemenin zorunlu olması” hukuki sebeplerine dayanarak ve açık rızanıza istinaden yurt dışında mukim teknik uzmanlık gerektirir veri tabanı ve sunucu hizmetleri sağlayıcı tedarikçilerimize aktarılabilecektir.

 

MADDE 5 - İLGİLİ KİŞİNİN 6698 SAYILI KANUN’UN 11. MADDESİ’NDE SAYILAN HAKLARI

 

Haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi aşağıda düzenlenen yöntemlerle SACRE’ye iletmeniz durumunda SACREtalebin niteliğine göre talebi en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde sonuçlandıracaktır. Verilecek cevapta on sayfaya kadar ücret alınmayacaktır. On sayfanın üzerindeki her sayfa için 1 Türk Lirası işlem ücreti alınacaktır. Başvuruya cevabın CD, flash bellek gibi bir kayıt ortamında verilmesi halinde İpekyol tarafından talep edilebilecek ücret kayıt ortamının maliyetini geçmeyecektir.

 

Kişisel verinin sahibi olan ilgili kişiler olarak;

 

Yukarıda belirtilen haklarınızı kullanma ile ilgili talebinizi, Türkçe olarak; veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla SACRE’nin “Cumhuriyet Mah. Silahşör Cad. Elçın Apt Blok No: 13 İç Kapı No: 5 Şişli / İstanbul” adresine kimliğinizi tevsik edici belgeler ile yazılı olarak iletebilir legal@sacreonline.com adresine elektronik posta olarak veya Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu tarafından belirlenen diğer yöntemler ile iletebilirsiniz.

 

SACRE’nin cevap vermeden önce kimliğinizi doğrulama hakkı saklıdır.

 

Başvurunuzda;

bulunması zorunlu olup varsa konuya ilişkin bilgi ve belgelerin de başvuruya eklenmesi gerekmektedir.

 

SACRE’ye ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesi amacıyla onay veren ilgili kişiler diledikleri zaman, hiçbir gerekçe belirtmeden vermiş oldukları iletişim bilgileri üzerinden kendileri ile genel ve özel kampanyalar, avantajlar, ürün, hizmet tanıtımları, reklam, pazar araştırması anketleri ve diğer müşteri memnuniyeti uygulamaları ile ilgili iletişime geçilmesini reddedebilir.

 

İlgili kişiler/üyeler bu husustaki ret bildirimini yukarıda bahsedilen ilgili diğer kanallardan gerçekleştirebilir.

 

İlgili kişinin/üyenin bu husustaki açık bildirimine göre belirttiği kanallar için tarafına iletişimler yasal azami süre içinde durdurulur (yasalara göre mümkün-gereken işlem ve iletişimler devam eder).
